Have worked with this Company for a number of years and can't recommend highly enough.

As with other service providers, issues can arise or communication can be clouded, however our Account manager Mike has always been on hand to iron issues out and goes above and beyond in ensuring service delivery is 100% against proposed objectives. We are also kept up to date with new products, innovative equipment and offers. As demands and requirements of the business change, Cooleraid have always adapted our package, so that we have the service and equipment required, whilst being efficient and providing an uninterrupted service which ensures the impact for end-users is negligible or mostly absent. On behalf of East Anglian Air Ambulance I have no hesitation in recommending Cooler Aid. We have been using this company for a while to supply hot water boilers and water coolers for three of our offices. They offer a great service with low costs, so it made the choice easy for our charity!

Great service and prices. The best part about dealing with Cooleraid is the transparency in their agreements. I found them always happy to help when things aren't straightforward which you don't always get in this industry which is why I'm happy to leave a positive review. Note - I've had a look at other customer comments which mostly seem to agree with my views. However, it's such a shame when one or two others leave unsubstantiated, spiteful reviews. It appears to be a thing nowadays to try to sabotage decent companies reputations just because you can.

Amazing Service and Great Products.

Lilac James recently rented a water cooler from Cooleraid and we could not be more pleased with both their product and service. The cooler was installed within 24 hours, it is wonderful to have chilled mineral water on tap instead of the disgusting stuff that comes out of our taps!
